Native Roman, Baxter Robinson was born and raised in the West Rome area and graduated from Coosa High School in 1988.

Baxter became aware of real estate and property management at a young age. Both his father and grandfather owned and maintained investment properties in Rome. Over the years, his interest grew to include several different aspects of real estate, including investment properties, property management, property maintenance and buying & selling real estate.

Robinson founded, owned, and operated a floor care, area rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning company in Rome Ga for over 21 years. In that time, Baxter developed business relationships with and completed projects for companies and industry leaders such as the Gulfstream Corporation in Savannah Ga, CAHEC Management in Raleigh NC, Great Southern LLC in Valdosta Ga, Southwest Development LLC, Tai Ping Carpet, Premier Yarn Dyers, Emery Park Carpet as well as various management companies, conference centers, hotels, banks and resorts. He was certified as a Master Textile Cleaner through the IICRC and has served as an area ambassador for Chemical Technologies International.

As a small business owner Baxter made responsiveness and being trustworthy a top priority. He strives to have standards higher than his clients expectations. As the years passed he cultivated and refined his skills in negotiation, compromise and time management. While working with facilities managers, project managers and maintenance directors Baxter frequently encountered varied perspectives and worked individually with each client to reach a mutually satisfactory consensus. Baxter has extensive knowledge of Rome and Floyd county.

Robinson is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, Georgia Multi List Services, and First Multiple Lists Services.

Baxter is married to Jennifer and is the proud father of three children, Ryan, Tessa and Dylan. In his free time he enjoys reading, hiking and playing guitar.
